Before you create your next plan, take a few minutes and walk through these:

1. What was your main goal?
Your annual goal and your 90-day goal—what were you actually aiming for?

2. What progress did you make?
(Big or small—where did you move forward?)

3. What worked?
What actually helped you move things forward?

4. What didn’t work?
Where did things break down, stall, or get avoided?

5. Why?
(Be honest—what was really going on?)

6. Where did you get pulled back into the weeds?
What had you working in the business instead of on it?

7. What became the bottleneck?
(Was it you, your time, your team, your systems?)

🔁 Do-Over Questions (This is where it clicks)

8. What are your top 3 do-overs from the last 90 days?
(Specific moments, not general ideas)

For each one:

  • What happened?
  • What would you do differently?
  • What will you do next time this comes up?
